Effective date: 17 Dec 2025
At Danshet (Dinesh Shetty), we want every booking — including one-on-one training sessions, online programs, and digital courses — to be clear and fair. This page explains when you can cancel, how refunds are handled, and what you can expect. No fuss. No surprises. Just straightforward policy so you can get back to training.
1. Scope — who this applies to
This policy applies to:
- In-person one-on-one training sessions
- Online coaching programs, subscriptions, and digital courses
If your purchase was made through a third-party platform or payment gateway, that platform’s cancellation or refund terms may also apply.
2. Cancellation by customer
Booked sessions / 1:1 trainings:
- Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may be partially refundable (a small administrative fee may apply) or eligible for rescheduling, subject to trainer availability.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
Online programs & subscriptions:
- One-time course enrollments:
- Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 10% of the course content has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded.
- Once substantial access has been granted, the course becomes non-refundable.
- Recurring subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partially used periods are not guaranteed.
3. Refund processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval.
- Bank or payment service provider processing times may add additional days.
- If refunds cannot be processed back to the original method (some UPI or wallet cases), store credit or alternate settlement may be offered.
4. Non-refundable items / situations
- No-shows for one-on-one training sessions.
- Digital courses, recordings, or premium content once full access has been granted (except where required by law or if defective).
Exceptions may be granted at Danshet’s discretion for genuine extenuating circumstances.
5. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is encouraged instead of cancellation wherever possible.
- Reschedule requests made with 48+ hours’ notice are usually accommodated without charge.
- Requests made within the standard cancellation window may incur a small administrative fee.
6. Service delivery issues
If a service is not delivered as promised or an error occurs:
- Contact us immediately with your booking or order ID.
- We will review the issue and provide a refund, credit, or rescheduled session as appropriate.
- If we make an error (double charge, trainer cancellation, access issue), we will correct it promptly.
7. Force majeure
If a session or program is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (public health orders, technical outages, natural events, etc.), we will offer a full refund or credit for a rescheduled session where applicable.
8. Chargebacks
